I never had a problem at Eduardo's
The food is ok. Thoroughly edible but nothing to write home about.
I read a few reviews before we decided to dine in here... The reviews that state the food is tasteless is almost 100% true. The tortillas are perfect! The refried beans do have a taste..., dog food taste. The fajitas were super tender!!, and had absolutely no flavor what so ever. The chips are great the salsa tasted like the house brand salsa from HEB. Sodas were flat more like sugar water. The queso brought back memories of childhood, where our cheese dip came from government provided powdered cheese mmmm so good. The service is exceptional all the waitresses are very attentive even though the restaurant seemed to not have enough business. This location is an awesome location and the restaurant itself is very clean in the dining area. The food needs help....lots of help!. I really like the location and the dining area it was like a home restaurant the food is just really bad. Please get help for the food.
Large portions. Friendly service. Pretty good food. Salsa and chips were yum!
This kitchen is a local hidden gem. I dropped in for a quick lunch and ordered up the Eduardo's lunch special. What a surprise! The meal had an amazing presentation and taste delicious. I had to take a pic to show my friends. This place beats out most of the Mexican eateries I have tried in the area. I will definitely be back and would recommend to everyone. Enjoy!
A little hard to spot because of the overpass but the food is delicious and reasonably priced. Enjoy! 😉
Great food fast service
Eduardo's is the best! The food and the service is wonderful!
Good food, good service.
Good eats, nice atmosphere, good price
Love this place, great food great drinks, lots of great music. Would recommend this location to anyone. Can't wait to go back.
I did not eat, but the group i was with had negative comments on all the food they were served. Basically tasteless except for the grease it was cooked.
This place was very disappointing. The inside is very beautiful but the food was not good. No flavor at all, my beans were super runny instead of creamy and thick. My food was cold when it came out.
Excellent local restaurant for those of us in the NASA area. Great food and prices, nice service and very relaxed, 'open' place to eat.
Never had a simple burrito made so good, I always skip the charros at every Mexican restaurant, I ate Eduardo’s like I was addicted, excellent friendly service... Like home made.
Under new management, this place has lost its original character. Dull decor straight out of a home furnishings store and lack of ANY music made our final visit a boring one. The place is boring now. The servers are all new. Same great menu, which is why I gave it two stars.
I gave a birthday party for 4 at Eduardo's Mexican Kitchen. General Manager, Francis, helped me with the planning. She even helped me with a special dish for my mother-in-law!The food was great, service was good, and they even decorated for us! It was a wonderful event. I'd like to thank Francis and her Team for making these birthdays special. Besitos!
This place has good quality food and one of the best TAMALES ever. Highly reccomend.
Pleasantly surprised at the quality and taste of the food. Better than standard Tex-Mex. Salsas made fresh in-house every day and taste like it. Also surprised that the prices are very reasonable.
The food was great and the servers were awesome.
First and last visit. The waitress was very friendly and service was quick. Plus one star. Food was unfortunately not up to par. Apparently the restaurant had a complete facelift in the last month and maybe they changed a few more things. We ordered the guacamole. Large portion arrived. The guacamole was on top of a bed of lettuce... in the bowl!! The recipe was easy to figure out as it lacked any flavor. Avocado and chunks of onion and tomato. When mixed with their salsa, it was okay... if you avoided the lettuce. Minus a star. The Eduardo Plate (pictured in another post) arrived. The previous image was nice looking. My version was a sloppy mess. Very difficult to tell what was on the plate besides the taco. The lack of flavor was on par with the guacamole. Minus a star. To top off the night, one of our group of 4 got food poisoning. 75% ain’t bad... minus 2 stars.
The food is really good and fresh. The wait staff is attentive especially Julie. I had the cilantro enchiladas and my husband had the spinach enchiladas. Very tasty. We’ve have had the fajitas. Good stuff. The restaurant has a variety of choices so whatever you’re craving, they probably have it. Tres leches and flan is sweet and flavorful.
Great food and staff. Authentic food and friendly people. Good for families or date night.
Great food. Timely not overbearing service. Quiet enough to talk. Good prices. A regular for us.
We have used Eduardo's several years now for catering our work holiday functions and have been very pleased! Not only does Francis make the ordering process easy, she gives great suggestions and is well organized at delivery. The food is excellent, everyone is always happy! I highly recommend this gem for your catering needs.
Excellent food, mainly TexMex and some traditional dishes mixed in. It's one of my families favorite places to eat! Try the Queso! Susan, the new Owner is always there, and is very friendly and helpful. We always love it at Eduardos!
Good place for a quick lunch. Good food and service. Prices are reasonable for lunch
Food came out quick! Waiter was attentive! Ceviche is great!!
Love it I would love to come back again.
Eduardo's Mexican Restaurant is a very relaxed, casual restaurant. It's also very reasonably priced and the staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The margaritas and the food is consistently good. My husband and I very much enjoy kicking back and dining here.
The last time I ate there which was about 3 years ago. I moved away. It wasn't at all good, like it had been in the past. Don't know what happened. Hope it is better again.
The ranch chicken chimichanga was great. Nice date night atmosphere.
You should update your hours on here and on your website to avoid pissing off your customers who drove out of their way to eat and arrived well before posted closing hours.
Great food great service, will recommend to family and friends.
Such a good place for dinne in! fresh made tortillas are bomb! flan was delicious, fajitas, and margaritas too! first time here! we definitely coming back! they have lots of specials going on too!
The service was prompt and courteous. The food came out very quickly, tasted great, and the prices were really good considering you get more than enough food. No complaints, we'll be back! Pictures are of my delicious meal and the sizeable kids portion!
Terrible! Worst mexican food in Houston. Meal came to the table in 3 minutes. Chicken fajita enchilada meat was clearly frozen and microwaved, same with the fajita steak. Manager got upset when we wanted to pay our bill without eating and lectured us for 10 minutes about the quality. Probably why we were the only patrons there.
Order the Tamales plate. It was supposed to come with 2 large tamales. Instead it was one that was cut in half. How do I know? The tamale meet was coming out and each tamale was as wide as it was long, about 3 inches. The tamales we're also warmed up in Microwave to where my tongue is burned. The taste of the food was fine.
We from Cali and all the Mexican food here is some what different. But this place right here is amazing. #salute
The service was good, but the food left us gassy and bloated.
Great food for a great price. Everyone was friendly and fun. Had a great time with laughs with the staff. Wish I lived here just to go back but making it from N Idaho takes too long for a weekly dinner party.
So good! Especially for the money.. My fav spot highly recommend
I've been here a bunch of times. Everything I have tried is on point. Best kept secret in Clear Lake. Awesomeness.
Excellent service here and I went at lunch time.Courteous and ask if I had any questions regarding the menu.
Enjoyable lunch off the beaten path. Another small business to help keep open!
If I could rate this place a O I would. We walked in and there was literally nobody there. It was so awkward. There was no music playing so it was silent besides the worker brought their small child and he was running around the place. We ended up ordering the cheapest thing on the menue to go because it was so awkward....
Great service and food!
1st time there. It was pretty good. Got the cheese enchilada plate. The only thing I didn't care for much was the red sauce they put on the enchiladas. It was too much. But I still ate it. Will go back again.
The placevlike always was great,, great service and fast
Surrounded by "Mexican" restaurants we have not gone to any in months.... We are not big Tex-Mex fans. First taste the salsa then the margarita. That tells you if they will be genuine mexican.Eduardos is genuine. Great food, great margaritas, great service, great atmosphere.Ask for Jose!!!!!! Then ask for a Don Lalo Margarita!!!!
Food is always fresh. Service is always fast. Inexpensive and quality.
